A teenager's hilarious tweet has gone viral after he was accidentally left asleep in the back of a taxi - and ended up being invited in by the driver for a brew.
Mike Allison, 18, had been out celebrating a friend’s birthday in Manchester when he and 20 mates got into a minibus taxi for the journey back to his home in Northwich, Cheshire.
But he nodded off during the 30-mile journey while sitting in the backseat, and none of his friends noticed when they all got out, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The first Mike knew was when he was woken by central locking going off - and found himself alone in the vehicle with the the driver walking off.
